ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. • Sale items are final and not eligible for returns. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN Email us at hatkenawabi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2-3 business days. REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
